Vikings Take Down Demons Runs were hard to come by for both teams as Veazie took a 2-0 lead going into the third inning. Dedham batters tried their best, but the bats were silenced by the hard throwing Viking ace! The Demons were able to scratch across two runs but it wasn't enough as Veazie earned the 11-2 victory.
Bake Noddin once again led the way pitching, hitting three singles, stole three bases and scored both of the Demons' runs. Elliot Tankel singled and stole a base; Isaiah Chapman singled and batted in two runs; Matt Butler's with great hustle as he earned himself a trip safely to first base on a dropped third strike and quickly stole second. Leo Saar made a great diving play and recorded the out at first to save a run.
It was a nice afternoon for baseball and the boys from Dedham continue to improve every game!
