The team jumped out to a 16-0 lead three minutes into the game behind 8 points by Callie Hanscom.  Airline slowly cut into the lead, narrowing the gap to 16-5 at the end of the first quarter.  In the second quarter Amelia Turner and Clara Polakowski combined for 15 points extending Dedham’s lead to 31-11 at halftime.  The 3rd quarter was all Airline as they scored ten points to zero by Dedham.  In the 4th quarter Dedham put the game away behind 7 more points from Clara and 5 from Mal Haulk.  Scoring totals for Dedham were Abby May Turner 2 points, Mal Haulk 7 points including a three point basket, Callie Hanscom 8 points, Amelia Turner 12 points and Clara Polakowski with a game high 8 points.  Ella Madden led Dedham with 7 rebounds while Natalie O’Neill and Autumn Wardwell grabbed 3 rebounds.  Belle Goupee took some great shots and Violet Winston-Harding took two foul shots.

With the win the team moves on to next Tuesday’s Championship Game!
